Nakapagtala na ng isang patay at tatlong nawawala ang Office of the Civil Defense- Region 5 (OCD-Region 5) matapos manalasa ni Bagyong Ulysses sa Bicol Region kahapon.

Ayon sa ulat ng OCD-Region 5, isang 68 anyos na lalaki ang namatay sa kanilang bubong sa Daet, Camarines Norte. Inaalam pa ang sanhi ng pagkamatay nito.

Samantala, isang 38 anyos na lalake na residente ng Mercedes, Camarines Norte naman ang nagtamo ng sugat sa kanang paa nito. Naiulat din na mayroong tatlong lalaki na nawawala sa Vinzons, Camarines Norte.

Sa ulat ng OCD-Region kahapon bandang 6 p.m., 47,316 na pamilya o 171,159 na mga residente mula sa Bicol ang nailikas na mula sa kanilang mga bahay dahil kay Bagyong Ulysses. Sa bilang na ito, 45,176 na pamilya o 162,753 katao ang nasa evacuation centers.

Naitala rin na mayroong 900 na pasaherong stranded kabilang na ang 255 trucks, 44 light vehicles, at limang sea vessels.

Ang Bagyong Ulysses ang ika-21 na bagyong pumasok sa bansa ngayong taon.
