Patay ang dalawang notorious drug peddlers ng Cordillera, Pangasinan, at Metro  Manila sa joint buy bust operation ng PDEG, SOU1 (lead unit), Pangasinan PIU, at Manaoag PS nitong Marso 5 bandang 10:30 p.m. sa Oraan East Manaoag, Pangasinan.

Nasawi sa operasyon ang mga suspek na sina Renzeil Sibelius, 32, at Gervin Salbino, 30.

Nakuha mula sa mga suspek ang isang cal.45 pistol na may magazine, isang cal.38 revolver na may live ammos, fired empty shells, Toyota Innova na kulay silver gray at may plakang NAS 7152, at 3kg ng suspected dried marijuana leaves na tinatayang nagkakahalagang PhP360,000.00.

“The PNP’s intensified campaign against illegal drugs is pursuant to the government’s vision of a drug or crime-free country. We have been succeeding so far as is manifested by a series of successful police operations. We  shall not rest until all criminals are brought to justice,” pahayag ni PNP Chief Debold M. Sinas.
