Nadakip sa “Oplan Galugad” ang tatlong lalaki ngayong araw, Agosto 13.

Inaresto sila dahil sa paglabag sa RO 8627 “Requiring the Mandatory Use of Face Masks in All Public Places within the City of Manila” 6:30 ng umaga sa 11th St. Brgy. 650 Zone 68 Port Area, Manila.

Sa pagkakalye-kalye ng Ermita Police Station (PS-5) Baseco Police Community Precinct sa pangunguna ni PCpl Mark Kelvin P. Yuccadi at PCpl Peter Joe V. Cruz alinsunod sa kampanya ni Manila Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso na masugpo ang pagkalat ng COVID-19, huli sina Ismael Yusuf, 40, technician, at residente ng 11th St. Brgy. 650 Zone 68 Port Area, Manila; Arjay Tapalia, 33, garbage collector, nakatira sa #430 Sevilla St. Binondo, Manila; at Erwin Ravela, 23, walang trabaho, nakatira rin sa 11th St. Brgy. 650 Zone 68, Port Area.

Kasalukuyang nasa Baseco PCP ang mga huling nanlabag sa ordinansa para sa data profiling at documentation na gagamitin sa pagsampa ng kaso laban sa mga ito.

Ginagawa ang Oplan Galugad o “Bandillo” ng mga kapulisan ng Baseco gamit ang megaphone.
