LUNGSOD NG QUEZON—Ikinasa na ang isang city-wide manhunt para sa apat na pumuga mula temporary lock-up facility ng QCPD Police Station-11 sa Galas, QC.
Ipinakalat na ng Philippine National Police (PNP) ang tracker teams sa ilang lokasyon sa QC maging mga kalapit na siyudad.
Kinilala ang mga takas na sina Glenn Louie Limin ng Brgy. 150 Bagong Barrio, Caloocan City na ang kaso’y ilegal na droga; Marvin Inciong ng Brgy. San Isidro, Parañaque City na may kasong robbery at ilegal na droga; Joel Sanchez ng Brgy. Tatalon, QC na may kasong robbery hold-up; at Ronald Buenafe ng Brgy. Tatalon, QC na may kasong ilegal na droga.
“The fact that these offenders escaped detention only shows they would rather continue to defy the law instead of submitting themselves to the jurisdiction of the justice system. As such, they may be considered dangerous and a threat to the community. Tracker teams are advised to approach these persons with caution and not to give them any opportunity to make the first move,” pahayag ni PNP Chief PGEN Debold M. Sinas.
Ipinag-utos din ng hepe ng PNP ang periodic security survey ng detention facilities at temporary lock-up jails sa NCR Police Stations upang masiguro na sumusunod ang mga ito sa PNP standards pagdating sa design at management.
