4 PANG VACCINATION SITES BINUKSAN NG PASIG PARA SA MGA SENIOR CITIZENS

Nagbukas ang lokal na pamahalaan ng Pasig City ng apat na karagdagang vaccination sites para sa pagpapabakuna ng mga senior citizens. 

Ayon kay Mayor Vico Sotto, nasa apat na libong senior citizens ang nakatakdang mabigyan ng unang dose ng COVID-19 ngayong linggo.

“We hope to cover more as soon as we receive more vaccines from the Department of Health,” saad ni Sotto sa isang social media post.

Magbibigay din ang Pasig ng free shuttle service mula 7 a.m. hanggang 5 p.m. para sa mga senior citizens na nakatakdang sumailalim sa COVID-19 vaccination. 

Pinaalalahanan naman ng alkalde ang mga residente na mag-sign up para sa vaccination drive dahil hindi tumatanggap ang lokal na pamahalaan ng walk-in applicants para dito.

“Limitado ang supply ng vaccine mula sa Department of Health. Dito nakadepende ang schedule at dami ng ating pwedeng mabakunahan. ‘Di pa po dumarating ang bakuna na binili ng Pasig City Government,” paliwanag niya.
