400 PANG PULIS AT SUPLAY NG GAMOT AT PAGKAIN, TULONG NG PNP SA CAGAYAN VALLEY

“Walang iwanan” para sa Philippine National Police (PNP) sa sitwasyon sa Northern Luzon matapos maminsala ang bagyong Ulysses kaya naman nagpadala pa ang ahensya ng 400 police disaster response personnel sa Cagayan Valley; limang carriers ng medical supplies; 200 sako ng bigas; 200 kahon ng bottled water; 40 kahon ng noodles; 40 kahon ng de latang corned beef at sardinas; 20 kahon ng crackers; at 2,000 assorted food packs sa Cagayan Valley.

Dalawang PNP helicopters din ang nasa naturang lugar upang tumulong sa ground operations at posibleng medical evacuation.

Tatlong ambulansiya naman ng PNP kasama mga doktor at nurse mula Police Regional Office (PRO) 1, 3, at Cordillera ang pinakalat din sa evacuation centers sa Cagayan Valley, pati dalawang platoon ng PNP-Special Action Force Search and Rescue personnel.

Bukod pa rito ay nagpadala rin ng 5,000 food packs ang PNP sa PRO-Cordillera.

Dumating din sa Tuguegarao City noong Sabado, Nobyembre 14, ang 11 rubber boats at 2 fiberglass rescue boats galing National Capital Region PO, PRO1, PRO3, Maritime Group, at Baguio City para sumali sa rescue operations ng PRO2 at lokal na gobyerno.
