Nagsagawa ang Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) ng relief operations sa mga apektadong komunidad sa Baao, Camarines Sur nitong Nobyembre 2 matapos manalanta si Super Typhoon Rolly.
Nagdala ng isang truck ng relief packs ang Philippine Army 565th Engineering Construction Battalion sa ilalim ng 51st Engineering Brigade ng AFP.
Samantala, nasa 10,000 kabahayan naman na halos lahat ay gawa sa light materials ang nawasak sa Virac, Catanduanes matapos ang isinagawang damage assessment ng disaster response unit ng 903rd Infantry Brigade ng AFP sa kaparehong petsa. Kasamang nasira ang multi-purpose hall at airport ng Virac, pati Philippine Red Cross-Catanduanes nang mag-landfall ang bagyo noong Linggo, Nobyembre 1.
Nagsagawa rin ng humanitarian and disaster response efforts ang 903rd Brigade ng 31st Infantry Battalion sa Sorsogon noong Nobyembre 1 sa pamamagitan ng road clearing at repacking at distribution ng relief goods para sa mga biktima ng typhoon sa tulong ng Bureau of Fire Protection, Philippine National Police, Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, Philippine Coast Guard, at Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office ng Sorsogon.
