Patuloy pa rin ang Step 1 Registration para sa PhilSys nationwide, matapos simulan ang Step 2 nitong Enero sa mga piling lugar upang masiguro ang kaligtasan ng registrants at registration staff. 

Sa ilalim ng Step 1 Registration, magbabahay-bahay ang Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) enumerators upang kunin ang demographic information ng registrants at mag-set ng appointment para sa Step 2 Registration. 

Sa Step 2 Registration, pupunta ang registrants sa local registration centers upang ma-validate ang kanilang demographic information at ma-capture ang kanilang biometric information tulad ng fingerprint, iris scan, at front-facing photo.

Para sa huling hakbang, ang Step 3 Registration, dito nakatakda ang pag-isyu ng PhilSys Number o PSN at ng pisikal na ID sa registrants.

Samantala, hinihikayat naman ang lahat na MAGHANDA sa Online Step 1 Registration na target buksan sa publiko ngayong taon. 

Paalala, ang pagpaparehistro sa PhilSys o pagkuha ng PhilID ay WALANG BAYAD.

Launched on February 28, 2019 at the Manila Light Rail Transit System Line 2 (LRT-2) Cubao Station, Quezon City, it also aims to raise awareness among local communities about the policies, programs, and accomplishments of the Presidency. 

Through this platform, Balita Central Digital aims to reach further the online community to deliver more accurate information and communication services in order to educate the citizenry regarding national issues which would enlighten them to be engaged and be empowered in contributing to building a better nation.
