Nasa kustodiya na ng pulis ang whistleblower na si Peter Joemel Advincula, alyas “Bikoy”, nitong Enero 21 nang personal itong sumuko sa Daraga Municipal Police Station sa Albay bandang 12:35 p.m. matapos lumabas ang warrant of arrest sa kanya dahil sa kasong perjury.
Inisyu ang warrant of arrest ni Judge Immaculada Concepcion C. Ylagan-Galang ng Metropolitan Trial Court, Branch 17, Manila sa 31 taong gulang na suspek na residente rin ng Brgy. Tupas Donsol, Sorsogon at Purok-2 Brgy. Tinago, Ligao City.
Nasa PhP18,000.00 ang rekomendadong bail sa suspek na sumailalim na sa mandatory booking at documentation procedures.
