Nasampolan ng “Enhanced Oplan Katok” ng Manila Police District (MPD) ang isang negosyante matapos mahulihan ng CAL. 45 service firearm na may expired license sa Brgy. 20 Area D Gate 17 MICT Parola Cmpd. Tondo, Maynila ngayong araw, Oktubre 1 ng 10:30 a.m. 

Kumpiskado kay Arseno Primavera, 56, may asawa, at negosyanteng naninirahan sa nasabing barangay ang CAL. 45 Model1911-FS GI Pistol (Armscor) na may serial no.1329411, isang magazine, at pitong live ammunitions. Napaulat na paso na ang lisensya ng de-kalibreng baril noon pang 2016-10-28.

Mananatili muna ang baril sa Delpan Police Station (PS-12) habang hinihintay ang license renewal nito.

Sa ilalim ng Oplan Katok o pagbisita ng mga kapulisan sa mga nagmamay-ari ng unregistered firearms, nasisiguro ng MPD na hindi magagamit sa ilegal ang mga naturang armas. Sakop din nito ang Confiscated, Captured, Surrendered, Deposited, Abandoned and Forfeited firearms ng mga pulis, militar, at iba pang law enforcement agencies at judicial entities.

Naging mapayapa naman ang operasyon na isinagawa ng Police Community Precinct 3 MICT NAR GATE 20.
