Ito ang naging pre-emptive measure ni AFP Chief General Cirilito Sobejana dahil sa nakaaalarmang pagtaas ng kaso ng virus.
Kinumpirma ang lockdown ni Marine Major General Edgard Arevalo, AFP Spokesperson, na nangakong magbibigay pa ng karagdagang detalye.
