LUNGSOD NG QUEZON — Nirerespeto ni Chief Philippine National Police (PNP) Archie Gamboa ang karapatan ng may balo at dating boss ng napatay na si Richard Santillan na magsampa ng reklamo sa Ombudsman laban sa dating deputy chief for administration na ngayon ay hepe ng PNP.
Tanggap ng PNP Chief na isa ring abogado na parte ito ng kanyang trabaho.
“As a lawyer, I fully recognize the supremacy of the courts and will abide by and submit to the judicial process,” pahayag ng hepe ng pulisya.
Napaulat na sinampahan ng kasong grave misconduct at obstruction of criminal prosecution ni Jeanette Santillan at ex-Congressman Glenn Chong ang PNP Chief dahil diumano sa hindi paglabas ng crime scene photographs at iba pang ebidensya sa kaso ng bodyguard ni Chong na si Richard Santillan na napatay sa isang PNP anti-crime operation sa Cainta noong Disyembre 2018.
“I will face my accusers confident that the truth will vindicate me,” sinabi ni PGen Gamboa.
