Ito’y para protektahan na rin kontra virus ang mga imbestigador at maging kapwa nila violators, saad ng PNP Chief.
Nagpaalala ulit ang hepe ng PNP na hindi ikukulong kundi iimbestigahan ang mga mahuhuling lumalabag sa nasabing protocol.
Hindi muna pauuwiin sa loob ng 12 oras ang mga mahuhuli habang tinitingnan ang kanilang record sa mga kaparehong paglabag kung saan ipapataw ang nararapat na penalty.
Ipakikipag-ugnayan naman ng PNP sa judicial authorities ang mga kakikitaan ng warrants of arrest.
