Arestado ang isang 39 taong gulang na lalaki sa isang entrapment operation sa Rela Jarse FoodHouse and Coffee Shop sa Brgy. Poblacion Hinunangan, Southern Leyte nitong Mayo 15 matapos diumanong kikilan ng PhP21,000.00 ang kanyang biktima para hindi niya ikalat ang mga hubad nitong litrato at videos sa social media.

Ex-boyfriend diumano ng 21 isang taong gulang at college student na biktima si Chadlie Bual alyas “Chad”, may-asawa, na nagbanta ring ipakakalat ang mga sensitibong larawan at videos kung hindi makikipagtalik ang biktima sa kanya.

Haharap sa kasong paglabag sa Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009, VAWC, robbery extortion, at grave threat ang suspek.

Nasa pansamantalang kustodiya ng Hinundayan MPS si Bual habang sinasampahan ng kaso.

“As part of our Internal Cleanliness Policy (ICP), we are strengthening our war against cybercriminals as we upgrade our equipage in the furtherance of our existing programs,” pahayag ni PNP Chief PGEN Guillermo T. Eleazar.
