Inanunsyo ng Malacañang nitong Huwebes, Abril 29 na maaari nang ibalik ng mga restawran ang dine-in option sa kani-kanilang mga establisyimento nang hanggang 10 porsyentong seating capacity, gayundin ang personal care services, tulad ng mga salon, barbershop, at nail spa, na maaari namang magbukas muli hanggang 30 porsyentong seating capacity. 

Gayunpaman, ang mga establisyimentong naghahatid ng personal care services ay maaari lamang magbigay ng mga serbisyo kung saan pwedeng laging suot lamang ng parokyano ang kanyang face mask.

Ayon kay Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque, ang naturang desisyon ay base sa ibinigay na pahintulot ng Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases.

Sa dating kautusan, maaari lamang magpatuloy ng kanilang operasyon ang al fresco dining ng mga restawran, kung saan pwedeng makakain sa labas ng mga establisyimento o mga bukas na espasyo ang mga parokyano.

Bagama’t hanggang limitado lamang ang pinapayagang seating capacity ng dine-in options sa mga kainan at personal care services, maaari namang lumagpas sila sa naturang bilang kung sila ay susunod sa Safety Seal Certification Program ng pamahalaan. 

Sa ilalim ng Safety Seal Certification Program, bibigyan ng pamahalaan ng safety stickers ang mga establisyimentong sumusunod sa health protocols sa gitna ng pandemya dulot ng Coronavirus disease 2019 o COVID-19. 

Upang maaprubahan ang aplikasyon ng mga establisyimento na sila ay mabigyan ng safety seals, kinakailangang mayroon silang business permit, gumagamit sila ng StaySafe.ph na aplikasyon para sa contact tracing, at sila ay sumusunod sa minimum health standards, tulad ng social distancing, pagkakaroon ng maayos na bentilasyon, at pagsusuot ng face masks at face shields sa loob ng kani-kanilang mga establisyimento.
