Maaari naman aniyang makuha ang P20 bilyon mula sa  Land Bank of the Philippines, Development Bank of the Philippines, at iba pang government-owned and -controlled corporations o GOCCs.

“Ang total niyan is around P73.2 billion in financing. It’s pretty much, almost fixed. Most of it is already fixed.

“Some are lower, some are higher, so we don’t know exactly how much [the cost is]. But let say, $25 or P1,200. P73.2 billion is good for 60 million people to be vaccinated,” saad ni Dominguez.

“If we are able to reach that, we’re going to pretty much arrest the spread of this. Mawawala ang COVID-19 sa ating lipunan. We will have herd immunity, that’s our goal, mga 60 to 70 percent,” saad ni Secretary Duque.
