Nakatakdang matapos ng Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) ang Estrella-Pantaleon Bridge Project sa Hulyo ayon kay DPWH Secretary Mark Villar.

“It would be great to see the bridge reopen by July 2021 and cars driving over the economically significant Estrella-Pantaleon Bridge connecting Makati City and Mandaluyong City,” saad ni Villar.

Binisita ni Villar ang proyekto kasama si Undersecretary Emil Sadain at natuwa sa progreso ng nasabing proyekto na nasa 89 percent na ngayon. 

Ang tulay na ito ang kokonekta sa Estrella Street sa Makati at Barangka Drive sa Mandaluyong. 

Mula sa dating pagiging two-way nito na may single lane sa bawat direksyon, nakatakdang makumpleto ang isang imprastruktura na makakapag-accommodate ng 50,000 sasakyan sa isang araw at makababawas sa traffic sa EDSA.

Nasa 20 percent ng traffic sa EDSA ang inaasahang mababawas kapag ang Lawton-Sta. Monica Bridge at Estrella-Pantaleon Bridge ay nagbukas sa Hunyo at Hulyo.
