Arestado ang DILG Most Wanted Person na dating parak sa 0053 Thowind Hardware Brgy. Bintog Plaridel, Bulacan nitong Marso 8 dahil sa panggagahasa diumano nito sa 12 taong gulang nitong anak noong 2015.
Huli ang suspek na si Bernard Villena sa joint operation ng Regional Intelligence Unit-National Capital Region (lead unit), TSD-Intelligence Group, Regional Intelligence Unit 3-Intelligence Group, CID-IMEG, at Plaridel MPS bandang 12:30 p.m.
May warrant of arrest si Villena na inisyu ni Hon. Mateo B. Alterejos, Presiding Judge RTCNCJR Br. 16-FC Valenzuela City dahil sa kasong rape and acts of lasciviousness alinsunod sa RA 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act).
Napag-alamang dating nakadestino si Villena sa MPD NCRPO na natanggal sa serbisyo noong Hulyo 20, 2018. Inakusahan si Villena ng panggagahasa noong 2015 ng kanyang anak na babae sa Valenzuela at may patong na PhP135,000 sa ulo ng DILG.
Nasa Regional Intelligence Unit ng NCR-Intelligence Group ngayon ang suspek para sa nararapat na disposisyon.
