Welcome pa rin sa grant ng government benefits sa ilalim ng Enhance Comprehensive Local Integration Program ang mga rebeldeng CPP-NPA na magdedesisyong sumuko sa Philippine National Police (PNP) kahit walang holiday truce. 

“This is PNP’s way of extending its arms of acceptance to any NPA members who wish to be with their family and return to the fold of the law even if the government has already declared no-ceasefire with the communist terrorists,” pahayag ni PNP Chief PGEN Debold M. Sinas. 

Nito lamang ay isang “Arman”, na dating combatant at sangkot diumano sa ilang tactical engagements laban sa Eastern Visayas police na pumatay sa dalawang PNP personnel at tatlong empleyado ng PNOC Power Plant sa Brgy. Milagro, Ormoc City, pagkamatay ng tatlo pang pulis sa Villaba MPS, at raid ng AZNAR ranch sa Tabango Leyte noong 2004, ang nagbaba ng armas sa 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company and Intelligence Unit ng Leyte Police Provincial Office. 

Nagdesisyon umano itong sumuko nang mapag-alamang payapa nang namumuhay kasama ng kani-kanilang pamilya ang mga dati nitong kabaro na nagbaba na rin ng armas.
