Di pa tiyak ng PAGASA kung saan unang tatama ang bagyong Rolly na may  international name na “Goni.”

Bagamat sa kanilang pagtataya, ngayon hapon ito tutungtong ng karagatang sakop ng bansa o Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

Huling namataan ang TS Rolly sa layong mahigit 1,000 km sa silangan ng Central Luzon. May lakas itong 65 kph at may pagbugsong 80 kph habang mabagal na kumikilos sa direksyong pahilagang kanluran.

Sa datos ng PAGASA, sinasabing direkta itong tatama sa Catanduanes, bago tatagos sa Camarines provinces at lalabas sa Batangas area.

Iba naman ang sinasabi ng ilang local at international weather agencies. Para sa Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA), maaaring ang unang landfall raw ay sa Polillo Island sa  lalawigan ng Quezon habang bumabaybay malapit sa Bicol.

Habang sa Joint Typhoon Warning Center (JTWC) ng USA, hindi raw ito tatama sa Bicol region at sa halip ay Polillo Island at Aurora ang posibleng sapulin ng bagyo.
