Napag-alaman ng mga pulis ang pinagtataguan ng mag-amang 12 taon nang wanted dahil sa kasong murder sa tulong na rin ng social media ng kanilang mga kaanak.

Arestado sina Pastor Ricafranca, 74, at ang anak nitong si Brentboris Ricafranca, 47, na parehong suspek sa Agosto 17, 2008 double murder ng mga kapitbahay nilang sina Ernesto Marcelo, Sr. at Ernesto Marcelo, Jr. sa Pasay City dahil sa away pamilya.

Inaresto ang dalawa sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na inisyu ni Hon. Eugenio G. Dela Cruz, Presiding Judge ng RTC NCR Br. 117 Pasay City noong Marso 27, 2009.

Nagwakas ang pagtatago ni Pastor nang mahuli ito sa kanyang money remittance center sa Brgy. Pascual Buhi, Camarines Sur noong Marso 20 bandang 6:30 p.m. Ganoon din ang ex-cop na si Brentboris na inaresto sa bahay nito sa Brgy. Sta. Clara sa kaparehong petsa.

Nagsagawa ng “social exploitation” ng social media ng mga kaanak ng dalawang suspek ang Intelligence Research Division ng PNP-AKG na nauwi sa pagkakatuklas ng kinaroroonan ng mga ito sa Cam Sur.

Nasa kamay ng AKG ang dalawa para sa dokumentasyon bago ibalik ang warrant sa issuing court.
