Nasa 5,660 kapulisan ang pinakalat na ng Philippine National Police (PNP) para sa disaster response operations ng mga biktima ng Bagyong Ulysses nitong alas-diyes ng umaga habang nasa 20,207 ang nakareserba para sa rapid deployment at 367 personnel naman ang naka-deploy na sa evacuation centers.

Nasa 806 katao na rin ang nasagip ng police disaster response units mula panganib ng pagtaas ng baha at malakas na hangin sa Luzon.

Sa ulat ng PNP Command Center sa Camp Crame, 301,000 indibidwal na ang nasa 13,526 evacuation centers sa iba’t ibang rehiyon sa bansa.

Nasa 411 naman na ang flooded areas, 519 ang walang kuryente, samantalang 104 lugar ang walang telecommunication service.

Nasa 1,963 na rin ang stranded na mga sasakyan sa 104 kalsadang hindi na madaanan dahil sa baha, samantalang nasa 96 ang inter-island sailing ang naghihintay ng clearance habang stranded sa seaports. Nasa 78 pasahero na rin ng cancelled flights ang stranded sa airports.
