Mahigit 69k indibidwal nabigyan ng libreng swab test sa Maynila

Sa isang social media post ni Manila Mayor Francisco ‘Isko Moreno’ Domagoso ay inanunsyo niya na nakapagbigay na ang lungsod ng libreng swab tests sa 69,231 na indibidwal. 

“Mas pinaigting po natin ang pagsasagawa nito upang mabigyan ng kapanatagan ang bawat isa at masiguro ang kaligtasan ng lahat laban sa Covid-19,” saad niya sa kaniyang social media post. 

Ayon sa kaniya, bukod sa testing na ginagawa sa Quirino Grandstand, Delpan Quarantine facility, at Sta. Ana Hospital ay nagsasagawa rin ng home swabbing sa iba’t ibang barangay ang mga miyembeo ng Manila Health Department (MHD). 

Patuloy din ang pagbibigay ng swab tests ng lokal na pamahalaan ng lungsod sa mga utility drivers, mall workers, empleyado ng hotel, at mga tindera sa mga palengke sa Maynila. 

Sumailalim sa swabbing ang 1,616 na residente pagbalik sa Maynila pagkatapos bumisita sa ibang lugar at 22,171 na public utility drivers at essential workers. Nasa 1,029 naman na indibidwal ang sumailalim sa home swabbing. 

“Lahat ng mga nagpo-positibo sa Covid-19 agad po nating dinadala sa quarantine facilities upang mabigyan sila ng karampatang medikal na atensyon,” paliwanag ng alkalde.
