“We understand the predicament of those who have no means of transportation or are physically unable to go through the regular procedure,” saad ni Makati Mayor Abby Binay.
“As with the regular vaccination procedure, patients will undergo counseling and screening. Their information will also be verified prior to receiving the vaccine and patients will also be monitored by medical experts for at least 30 minutes to one hour after receiving the jab,” paliwanag ni Binay.
