Sabay ng paglagda sa LTO-TESDA MOA nitong Marso 12, sinabi ni LTO Chief Edgar C. Galvante na mas marami pang libreng driving courses ang gagawing available ng pamahalaan bilang tugon sa hiling ng publiko ng de kalidad at murang driver’s training.

Sa ilalim ng MOA, partners ang LTO at TESDA sa pagpapalakas ng driver’s education sa bansa. Isa na rito ang pagbibigay ng libreng training ng TESDA regional offices sa mga nangangailangan nito.

Magbibigay ang TESDA ng Theoretical at Practical Driving Courses na kahalintulad ng ibinibigay sa LTO Driver’s Education Centers.

Magbibigay rin ang TESDA ng driving national certificate courses na tulad ng sa ibinibigay ng LTO.

Sisiguruhin din ng kasunduan na may pagkakapareho sa standard ng mga driving school at pagiging available ng mas murang training courses para iangat ang kakayahan ng kahit na sinong driver sa pagmamaneho sa mga kalsada.

Kasama ng LTO Chief si TESDA Director General Secretary Isidro “Sid” Lapeña sa paglagda sa MOA.
