Inaabisuhan at pinag-iingat mula sa banta ng bagyong Ulysses ang mga nakatira lalo na sa mga baybayin at mababang lugar sa Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, at nang buong ka-Bisayaan.

Ang Bagyong ULYSSES ay inaasahang tatahakin ang katimugang Luzon sa pagitan ng Bicol at probinsya ng Quezon. Ito ay tinatayang magdudulot ng malakas na pag-ulan at pabugso-bugsong hangin na maaring maging sanhi ng pagbaha, storm surge o daluyong, at pagguho ng lupa.

Iwasan ang paglalayag  ng mga bangka at maliliit na sasakyang pandagat sa mga lugar na NAKATAAS ang Gale Warning. Sumunod sa ipapatupad na evacuation ng inyong barangay, munispyo o siyudad. MAKIPAG-UGNAYAN at ALAMIN sa lokal na pamahalaan kung saan ligtas na lumikas. Lahat ay PINAG-IINGAT. MAGING MAPAGMATYAG AT INGATAN ANG SARILI AT PAMILYA.

SA MGA AHENSYA NG GOBYERNO AT LOKAL NA PAMAHALAAN: Siguraduhing ang mga abiso ay makararating sa buong pamayanan lalo na sa mga nakaranas ng sunud-sunod na pag-ulan. MAGBIGAY BABALA gamit ang iba’t ibang paraan tulad ng bandilyo at pagbabahay-bahay para sa agad na kaalaman ng buong pamayanan. Isagawa ang maagap at angkop na kahandaan kaakibat ang mga tinakdang pag-iingat laban sa COVID-19.

Balita Central is under the supervision of the Bureau of Communications Services (BCS), one of the attached agencies of the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO).

Launched on February 28, 2019 at the Manila Light Rail Transit System Line 2 (LRT-2) Cubao Station, Quezon City, it also aims to raise awareness among local communities about the policies, programs, and accomplishments of the Presidency. 

Through this platform, Balita Central Digital aims to reach further the online community to deliver more accurate information and communication services in order to educate the citizenry regarding national issues which would enlighten them to be engaged and be empowered in contributing to building a better nation.
