MILITAR SA ZAMBO REGION, MAKIKINABANG SA 2 ROAD RECONSTRUCTION PROJECTS NG DPWH

Makikinabang ang mga military personnel ng iba’t ibang kampo at headquarters sa Zamboanga Region sa PhP18.48-milyon na sinementong 101 Brigade Camp del Pilar Circumferential Road sa Pinan, Zamboanga del Norte at PhP10.4-milyong iniayos na ilang porsyon ng Southern Command Main Road sa Zamboanga City, ayon sa Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).

Mayroon din ang 1.13 kilometrong 101 Brigade Camp del Pilar Circumferential Road ng drainage, slope protection, at tulay.

“Since its completion, the road has provided convenience in the area through a safer and more efficient road allowing for a better accessibility inside the camp, which used to be occupied by the military personnel of the 51st Infantry and now used by the 97th Infantry Battalion,” pahayag ni DPWH Secretary Mark A. Villar.

Upgraded naman ang Southern Command Main Road na ngayon ang may haba nang 409 lineal-meters.

Target na makinabang ang Western Mindanao Headquarters at Armed Forces of the Philippines sa Zamboanga City sa modernized at upgraded roads na may unreinforced concrete cement pavement at reflectorized lane markings. Kaakibat ng DPWH ang Department of National Defense sa parehong proyekto.
