MOST WANTED KIDNAPPER AT KASABWAT, TIKLO SA ZAMBALES

Patay ang PNP Anti Kidnapping Group (AKG) No. 1 Most Wanted Person kasama ang kasabwat nito sa isang engkwentro sa mga pulis sa Sitio Alao Brgy. San Juan Botolan, Zambales nitong Pebrero 17.

Nasawi sa nasabing operasyon ang diumano’y notorious na Mokong Kidnap-for-Ransom Group member na si Michael Corpuz, kasama ang hindi pa nakikilalang kasabwat umano nito, na armado ng high-powered firearms nang makipagbarilan sa pulisya.

Maghahain sana ng warrant of arrest ang mga pulis kay Corpuz na inisyu ni Judge Byron G. San Pedro ng Br. 69, RTC, Taguig City dahil sa kasong kidnap for ransom, carnapping, at paglabag sa RA 7610 (Special Protection Against Child Abuse) at PD 603 (Child and Welfare Code), nang magpaulan ang mga suspek ng bala na nagresulta sa palitan ng putok at pagkamatay ng dalawa.

Nakuha sa kanila ang isang M16 rifle at dalawang handguns. May nakuha ring shabu sa crime scene.

Sa tala ng PNP, sangkot ang Mokong Group sa kidnapping, illegal drugs, robbery hold-up, at carnapping sa NCR at ilang kalapit na probinsya.
