Arestado ng mga operatiba ng PNP ang No. 38 National Most Wanted Person at rape suspect na may patong na PhP140,000.00 sa Pasay nitong Abril 19.

Huli ang dalawang taon nang nagtatagong si Haji Dela Rosa alyas “Gil”, 34, residente ng Pasay City sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na inisyu ni Judge Bienvenido P. Barrios, Jr., 6th Judicial Region RTC Br. 3 Kalibo, Aklan dahil sa kasong rape.

Dinala sa CIDG office ang suspek habang hinihintay ang commitment order ng korte.

Sinabi ni PNP Chief Police General Debold M. Sinas na bukod sa hustisya para sa mga biktima ng suspek, mensahe rin ito sa mga kriminalidad na tuluy-tuloy lang ang pang-aaresto ng PNP sa wanted persons kahit na may community quarantine.
