PAGKUHA NG MOTOR VEHICLE INSURANCE, GSIS RECORDS, PWEDE NA SA CELLPHONE LANG

Maglulunsad ng dalawang mobile applications ang Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) sa darating na katapusan ng buwan ng Oktubre upang maproseso ang pagkuha ng motor vehicle insurance at magkaroon ng online access sa kanilang GSIS records ang mga miyembro ng nasabing state pension fund.

Ayon sa Department of Finance (DOF), ang apps na ito ay ang “MV Claim” at “GSIS Touch”. 

Sa pamamagitan ng “MV Claim”, ang mga miyembro ng GSIS na may vehicle insurance policy ay maaaring makapagsumite ng mga kinakailangang dokumento at larawan upang makakuha ng kanilang insurance gamit lamang ang smartphone. 

Samantala, sa tulong ng “GSIS Touch”, ang mga aktibong empleyado ng gobyerno ay maaaring magkaroon ng access sa kanilang member service profile at service record online, makita ang kanilang premium remittances at nabayaran nang utang sa GSIS, at maging ang maturity ng kanilang life, retirement, dividend, refund at Edu-Child claims, pre-need plans, at insurance policies. 

Malalaman din ng mga nagretiro nang empleyado ng gobyerno ang tungkol sa kanilang loan payments at buwanang pensyon mula sa app na ito.

Maaari nang ma-download ang dalawang applications na ito sa Android at iOs devices ng mga miyembro ng GSIS. 

Sinabi ng ahensya sa DOF na ginawa nila ang nasabing apps upang patuloy na ma-access ng kanilang mga kliyente ang naturang GSIS services sa kabila ng kasalukuyang banta sa kalusugan at mga restriksyon sa pagbiyahe bunsod ng Coronavirus 2019 o COVID-19. 

“GSIS is adapting to the times. People today not only demand instant access to information; they also require safe, convenient service because of the pandemic,” pahayag ni GSIS President at General Manager Rolando Ledesma Macasaet.
