Ayon kay Dar, nilagdaan niya ang Administrative Circular No. 14 para sa SRP sa mga karne ng baboy.
Sa naturang kautusan, ang SRP ng “kasim” pork ay magiging P260 bawat kilo mula sa dating P230 bawat kilo habang ang “liempo” ay P280 bawat kilo mula sa dating P240 bawat kilo na agad ding ipatutupad.
Noong nakaraan, umugong ang balitang tumaas na ang presyo ng karne ng baboy sa Metro Manila dahil sa epekto ng African Swine Fever.
Nagtungo si Secretary Dar sa lalawigan ng Benguet para pasinayahan ang 11 kilometers farm-to-market road sa bayan ng Atok na ginastusan ng P220-million mula sa pera ng taumbayan.
