Pasaway at curfew violators, pinakamataas sa mga huli – PNP

LUNGSOD NG QUEZON — Sa pinakabagong tala ng Philippine National Police (PNP) mula Marso 17 hanggang Agosto 5, nasa 296,072 mga sumuway sa community quarantine rules kabilang na ang curfew ang may pinakamataas na bilang sa mga nahuli ng kapulisan sa buong Pilipinas.

Sa loob ng 142 araw na implementasyon ng pulisya sa community quarantine, 49% o 144,508 ng kabuuang bilang ang binigyang-babala lamang, 28% o 82,218 sa mga ito ang naaresto, samantalang 23% o 69,346 ang napagmulta na.

Nasa Luzon ang pinakamaraming bilang ng huli na umabot sa 177,094 na sinundan ng Visayas sa 64,415. Huli naman ang Mindanao na nagtala ng 54,563.

Sa kaparehong datos ng PNP, Luzon din ang may pinakamataas ang bilang ng mga naaresto dahil sa hoarding o hindi makatwirang pagpepresyo ng mga produkto sa 550 na sinundan ng Mindanao sa 340 at Visayas na nagtala ng 84. Sa lagay naman ng transportasyon, 12,382 pampublikong sasakyan ang nahuli sa Luzon, na sinundan ng Visayas sa bilang na 3,760 at Mindanao sa 926.
