Arestado ang tatlo sa apat na aplikante ng PNP dahil diumano sa intensyonal na pagsusumite ng pekeng RT-PCR test results sa police recruitment sa PRO-BAR.

Dinala na sa Prosecutor’s Office ang dalawa habang isolated ang isa na nagpositibo sa COVID-19 matapos sumailalim ulit sa test.

Nakatakas naman ang isa pa na subject na ngayon ng follow-up operations ng PNP.

Sa ulat, nasa 66 police applicants ang nagsumite ng bogus na swab test result pero 62 sa mga ito ang tumangging alam nila na peke pala ang kanilang dokumento.

“Layunin ng ating bagong sistema sa police recruitment na iyong tunay na qualified at tapat sa serbisyo lamang ang makapapasok sa organisasyon. This should serve as a warning to all police applicants who are planning to do something illegal in the recruitment process,” babala ni PNP Chief PGEN Guillermo Lorenzo T. Eleazar.

Ipinag-utos na rin ng PNP Chief sa police units na kasama sa may 17,000 open slots na makipag-ugnayan sa PNP Recruitment and Selection Service Unit para tingnan kung may kahalintulad silang insidente.
