Ito ang inanunsyo ni Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque sa isang online briefing bilang paglalahad sa kahandaan ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na magpabakuna laban sa COVID-19 sa harap ng publiko.
“He only has to announce when it will be done, and that’s of course, in recognition of the fact na nag-aantay ng senyales ang taumbayan kung sila’y magpapabakuna o hindi. That is a policy that we will now pursue,” pagpapatuloy ng tagapagsalita ng Pangulo.
Nauna nang sinabi ng Pangulo na handa siyang maging unang-una sa listahan ng mga babakunahan upang mapatunayan ang pagiging epektibo at ligtas ng COVID-19 vaccine.
