PWDs AT SOLO PARENTS SA MAYNILA NAKATANGGAP NA NG AYUDA

Nagsimula nang makatanggap ng ayuda ang persons with disabilities (PWDs) at solo parents na naapektuhan ng ECQ sa lungsod ng Maynila.

Ayon sa post ni Manila Mayor Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso sa kaniyang Facebook page kahapon, Abril 27, naipamahagi na ng Manila Department of Social Welfare (MDSW) ang ayuda sa 339,259 pamilya o 87 percent ng kabuuang bilang mga benepisyaryo sa lungsod. Ang distribusyon ay nakabase sa listahang binigay ng pamahalaan sa ilalim ng Social Amelioration Program (SAP).

Ang bawat PWD at solo parent ay makakatanggap ng Php4,000. 

“Kasabay ng distribusyon sa PWDs ay nagsimula na rin po ngayong araw, Abril 27, ang pamamahagi ng Manila Department of Social Welfare ng tig-PHP4,000 na emergency financial assistance mula sa national government na para sa solo parents na taga-lungsod,” saad ni Domagoso.

Batay sa listahang ibinigay ng pamahalaan, kasama sa mga benepisyaryo ng ECQ cash aid ang SAP beneficiaries sa ilalim ng Bayanihan Act 1 at 2, ang mga indibidwal na nasa waiting list ng SAP,  ang mga kabilang sa vulnerable groups, at iba pang indibidwal na apektado ng ECQ hangga’t may natitira pang pondo ang lokal na pamahalaan.

Ayon kay Domagoso, nasa pangatlong target group na sila sa distribusyon ng ayuda.
