Dead-on-arrival ang diumano’y leader ng Baculanlan Robbery-Hold-up Group na naitakbo pa sa ospital nang mabaril matapos manlaban sa mga umaarestong pulis sa Basey, Samar nitong Disyembre 8.
Aarestuhin sana sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na inisyu ni Judge Tarcelo Sabarre, RTC 8th, Judicial Region, Branch 30, Basey, Samar dahil sa kasong Robbery with Violence or Intimidation of Person nang umano’y nanlaban si Arvin Mendova Baculanlan na armado ng handgun.
Sa tala ng PNP, sangkot ang grupo ni Baculanlan sa robbery-hold-up sa mga munisipalidad ng Basey, Marabut, Sta. Rita, at kalapit na mga lugar sa 2nd District ng Samar.
