“It’s a good thing that our police operatives were able to put a stop to this abuse committed against women by the suspect. We encourage other victims to come out and file their complaints against this sexual predator whose arrest delivers a clear victory for abused women coming at a most opportune time during the observance of Women’s Month,” pahayag ni PNP Chief Police General Debold M. Sinas.
