SURPRISE VISITS SA SSS-SM AURA, PRC-MORAYTA, AT FDA ISINAGAWA NG ARTA DAHIL SA REKLAMONG MAHABANG PILA NGAYONG PANDEMYA

Nagsagawa ng surprise inspection ang Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) sa SSS-SM Aura, PRC-Morayta, at FDA dahil sa dami ng report ukol sa haba ng pila ng mga aplikante lalo na’t kasagsagan ng pandemya.

Matapos ang inspeksyon, nakatanggap ng ulat ang ARTA na nagawan agad ng paraan ang dami ng aplikante ng mga naturang ahensya.

“Patuloy po na ginagawa ng Office of the President, thru the Anti-Red Tape Authority, ang mga inspections po na ito. Normally ho kapag may videos and pictures na pinapadala sa amin real time ay agad po namin itong pinupuntahan. Ito po ay kaisa sa direktiba ng Pangulo na masolusyonan po yung mahahabang pila sa mga ahensya ng gobyerno,” pahayag ni Director General Jeremiah Belgica.

Tinignan din ng ARTA ang compliance ng mga nabanggit na ahensya sa kani-kanilang Citizen’s Charter, zero contact policy, 3-7-20 rekomendadong processing time, queueing system, maging sa minimum public health standards.

Hinikayat ng Director General ang mga opisina na gumamit ng online systems at magtayo ng kiosks para rito. “Baka pwede ho tayong maglagay ng kiosks, damihan natin ‘yung kiosks, computers, tapos meron ditong magtuturo kung paano gamitin ‘yun habang ‘yung iba naman pwede ring mag-manual.”

Nilinaw ng ARTA na magkakaroon pa sila ng follow-up inspections.

“Sa oras ho ng pandemya, ang red tape talaga ay nakamamatay. So, gawin ho natin lahat ang pwede ho nating magawa,” dagdag pa ng hepe ng ARTA.
