Huli ang Top 2 Most Wanted Person ng Laguna Provincial Police Office (PPO) dahil sa carnapping sa  Sitio Narra Brgy. Labuin Sta. Cruz, Laguna nitong Nobyembre 14 bandang 11:50 p.m.

Sa joint Quezon City Police District (QCPD) Anti-Carnapping Unit, Laguna PPO, at Sta. Cruz Municipal Police Station operation ay natimbog ang suspek na si Jowilson Tope, 41, kasalukuyang naninirahan sa Brgy. Bubukal Sta. Cruz, Laguna dahil sa paglabag sa Sec. 3 ng New Anti-Carnapping Act Law of 2016.

Ito’y sa bisa ng warrant of arrest ni Judge Caridad M. Walse-Luetro ng RTC Branch 223 ng QC.
