Nasa 2,481,788 na Pilipino na ngayon ang nakakamit ng financial inclusivity sa pamamagitan ng Philippine Identification System (PhilSys).
Sa tulong ng LandBank of the Philippines, ang mga rehistradong indibidwal sa ilalim ng PhilSys ay nakapagbukas na ng kani-kanilang bank account.
Sa kabuuang bilang na ito, 850,875 ang naisyuhan na ng Agent Banking Cards (ABCs) nang libre at walang initial deposit habang ang ibang natitira ay matatanggap ang kanilang mga card sa Hulyo.
Sa ilalim ng ABC strategy, ang LandBank ay nakipagkasundo sa iba’t ibang point-of-sale partners upang mapadali ang pagcacashout at sa mga Agent Banking Partners para sa cash in, cash out, fund transfer, at iba pang transaksyon.
Ang mga ABC holder ay maaaring mag-withdraw sa mga ATM na tumatanggap ng Mastercard, gumawa ng cashless transactions, at bumili online.
Ang mga benepisyaryo ng conditional at unconditional cash transfer programs ng pamahalaan ay maaari ding magwithdraw ng pera sa pamamagitan ng agent partners ng LandBank.
Naiulat ng Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) na ang 82 percent sa naunang 10.52 milyon na Pilipinong nagparehistro para sa PhilSys ay walang pormal na bank account.

In partnership with the PSA, we are focused on opening accounts for up to eight million low-income, unbanked individuals from the 32 PhilSys priority provinces at the soonest time,” saad ni LandBank president at CEO Cecilia Borromeo.
Ang pagbubukas ng account sa LandBank ay maaaring gawin pagkatapos ng step 2 ng pagpaparehistro sa PhilSys.

Launched on February 28, 2019 at the Manila Light Rail Transit System Line 2 (LRT-2) Cubao Station, Quezon City, it also aims to raise awareness among local communities about the policies, programs, and accomplishments of the Presidency.
