Dalawang witnesses sa kaso ng diumano’y pambabaril ng pulis sa isang teenager na may special needs o autism sa Valenzuela City na nagresulta sa pagkamatay nito ang lumutang lang kamakailan.

Sa isang social media post, isiniwalat ni Valenzuela City Mayor Rex Gatchalian ang paglutang ng isa sa mga witnesses na nagsasabing aksidente ang pagkakabaril sa 18-anyos na si Erwin Arnigo na makikita sa naging reaksyon ng pulis matapos pumutok ang kanyang baril.

Ngunit sinabi rin diumano ng witness, na isa sa mga naaresto kasama ng biktima dahil sa tupada noong Mayo 23, na walang naging pagtatalo, salungat sa sinabi ng pulis.

Mismong kay PNP Chief PGEN Guillermo T. Eleazar naman lumutang ang isa pang witness na diumano’y “observer” noong Mayo 25 sa tulong na rin ng media.

Tumutugma diumano sa impormasyon ng Valenzuela City Mayor ang pahayag ng witness na humarap kay PGEN Eleazar.

“We will accept and abide by any findings of the NBI and of the IAS in the case. In the meantime, it would be prudent to wait for the outcome of the investigations being conducted,” pahayag ng PNP Chief.

Naniniwala rin ang hepe ng PNP Chief na makatutulong ang paglutang ng dalawang witnesses sa pagbibigay-linaw sa kaso ng pagkakapatay sa teenager.

Samantala, disarmado naman na ang pulis na sangkot sa insidente na nasa restrictive custody habang gumugulong ang imbestigasyon ng kaso.
