30K LITRO NG ‘UNMARKED’ DIESEL, NAHARANG NG BOC SA BATAAN

Buking ang isang tanker truck na nagbibiyahe ng nasa 30,000 litro ng diesel sa isang anti-smuggling operation ng BOC-Port of Limay nitong Mayo 21 dahil sa kawalan nito ng withdrawal certificate o iba pang pruweba ng bayad nang excise tax at VAT.

Naharang ng mga operatiba ng BOC-Port of Limay sa pakikipagtulungan ng BIR at Field Inspection Unit ang truck na minamaneho ng isang Victor Legaspi kasama ang helper nitong si Clinton Legaspi bandang 9:30 p.m. sa Brgy. Batangas II Mariveles, Bataan.

Nakadetina na ngayon ang dalawa sa Mariveles PS dahil sa paglabag sa NIRC at TRAIN law. Kinumpiska rin ang tanker truck pati ang unmarked petroleum product ng Port of Limay para sumailalim sa seizure proceedings alinsunod sa CMTA.
