Dalawang suspek ang patay sa isang PNP-PDEA anti-illegal drugs operation sa Katarungan Village 1, Muntinlupa nitong Mayo 23 na nagresulta rin sa pagkakasabat sa 10 kilo ng shabu na tinatayang nagkakahalagang PhP68-milyon.

Kinilala ang mga natigok na suspek matapos makipagbarilan sa mga operatiba ng PNP at PDEA na sina Jordan Sabandal Abrigo at Jayvee De Guzman.

Miyembro diumano ang mga suspek ng Divinagracia Drug Group na pinamumunuan ng isang Michael Divinagracia at “Jhonson”, na isang Intsik na nakakulong sa New Bilibid Prison.

Kilala diumano ang grupo na drug distributors sa NCR, Region 6, at ilang kalapit na probinsya.

May operasyon din diumano ang sindikato sa Visayas at Mindanao gamit ang cargo trucks na bumabiyahe gamit ang RORO mula Batangas Port, at tinatanggap ng mga kasabwat na Muslim sa lugar.

Nakuha sa mga suspek ang tatlong plastic packs ng Chinese teabags kung saan nakita ang shabu, isang black Nissan Cefiro na walang plate number, buy-bust money, at dalawang loaded na cal.45 pistols.
