Natapos na rin ang konstruksyon ng bagong healthcare facility sa Marawi City, Lanao Del Sur na may 40-bed capacity, ayon sa Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).

“The newly turned-over facility will provide the much-needed boost to the healthcare capacity of Lanao Del Sur. With the new facility, those who will be infected with the virus will be isolated away from their communities and further halt the spread of the disease,” saad ni DPWH Undersecretary and Task Force to Facilitate Augmentation of National and Local Health Facilities head Emil K. Sadain.

Pamamahalaan ng provincial government ng Lanao Del Sur ang provisional COVID-19 patient care center.

Nasa 509 facilities at 19,083 bed capacity na ang nakumpleto ng DPWH para sa laban sa pandemic. Meron pang 211 facilities na may 7,135 isolation beds sa iba’t ibang lugar sa bansa ang tinatapos ng ahensya.
