“The President is just asking for a little more time because again, ang step-by-step process para sa kaniya is vaccination rollout muna,” paliwanag ni Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles.
Dagdag pa niya, “Let’s wait and let’s see. ‘Pag good and successful rollout of the vaccination, makita lang na nagsimula iyong vaccination program na may mga nakakuha na ng bakuna… then he will make the decision about the MGCQ for the entire country.”
“Again, the President and the government recognize the urgency of reopening the economy so we can resume the pre-pandemic upward trajectory and sustained growth of the economy. This, however, should be done side-by-side with measures that will ensure that we do not compromise efforts to contain COVID-19,” pahayag ni Cabinet Secretary Nograles.
