Nahulihan ng PhP170,000.00 nagkakahalagang 25 gramo ng shabu si Marc Aljohn Garlan, 23, ng #1772 Tramo St. Brgy 46, Pasay City. Nakuha rin sa drug suspect ang buy-bust money at isang black/yellow Yamaha Mio MXi125 na may plakang MV #13600.
Nagsimula ang serye ng intelligence gathering at case buildup kay Garlan sa report ng isang impormante sa mga iligal diumano niyang aktibidad sa droga.
