Nagsimula na ang PNP manhunt sa motorcycle-riding suspects na pumatay sa isang media executive nitong Hunyo 4 sa NLSA Rd. Pook Masunurin Brgy. San Isidro, General Santos City.

Siniguro ni PNP Chief PGEN Guillermo Lorenzo T. Eleazar na titingnan kung may kinalaman sa trabaho ang posibleng motibo sa pagpatay kay Yentez Quintoy, 34, executive director at chief of staff ng Brigada Group of Companies. Pauwi na sana ang biktima nang pagbabarilin ng mga suspek.

Makikipag-koordinasyon din ang mga pulis sa pamilya at mga katrabaho ni Quintoy.

Hinikayat din ng PNP Chief ang mga posibleng saksi na magbigay ng impormasyon para sa mabilisang resolusyon ng kaso.

Nasa PhP1-milyong pabuya ang inilabas ng Brigada sa kung sinuman na makapagbibigay-impormasyon sa pagkakakilanlan ng mga suspek.

Samantala, inatasan naman ni PGEN Eleazar ang mga lokal na kapulisan na mas maging mapagmatyag para mapigilan ang paglaganap ng kaparehong insidente.
