Tinangka pa diumano nitong takasan ang mga pulis pero hindi rin nagtagal at naipit ng mga parak ang suspek.
Nakuha kasama ng face mask na dala ng suspek ang isang sachet ng hinihinalang shabu na tinatayang nagkakahalagang PhP13,600.
Wala rin diumano itong naipakitang vaccination card.
Sasampahan ng mga kasong paglabag sa RA 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, City Ordinance No. SP-1515, s.2020 for Smoking in Public Place, at City Ordinance No. SP-2957 s.2020 for Not Wearing of Face Mask ang naturang suspek.
