Napag-alamang puga rin si Anecio Lapara, Jr. a.k.a. Dondon o Junior Pulis ng Bureau of Jail Management and Penology sa Ormoc City. Kasong robbery, robbery in band, at illegal possession of firearms ang kinakaharap na mga kaso ng suspek.
May patong na reward din si Lapara sa ilalim ng DND-DILG MC No. 2002-39.
Dating miyembro ng Philippine Constabulary Class ‘88 si Lapara na naging pulis noong 1991. Matapos ang kanyang serbisyo noong 1999, diumano’y naging lider na ito ng isang criminal gang sa Region 7 at 8.
