Napag-alamang “poser” lang pala si Marilyn De Paz Rojero, 41, ng Sto. Niño, Parañaque City nang hindi ito makapagpakita ng valid ID matapos mapuna dahil sa jaywalking. Inendorso na ng Base Police ang kaso ng balo sa CIDG-NCR para maimbestigahan.
Humarap na si Rojero sa QC Prosecutor’s Office nitong Pebrero 4 para sa inquest proceedings dahil sa paglabag sa RPC Art. 177 Usurpation of Authority at Art. 179 Illegal Use of Uniforms or Insignia.
Pinaalalahanan ni PNP Chief Police General Debold M. Sinas ang mga sibilyan ng kaugnay na parusa ng hindi awtorisadong pagsusuot ng PNP uniforms sa ilalim ng EO 297 series of 2000.
Sinabi rin ng PNP na rehistrado ang kanilang mga uniporme sa IPO para iwas illegal production.
